Shipping & Returns

Notes

• Product weights are based on a CORE volumetric weight calculation. 
• Products over 1.2 metres in length are shipped on Euro pallets.  (Outside of County Dublin).
• A single standard pallet floor space is 1200 x 800mm   (47 Inches x 32 Inches)  The Maximum Pallet Height is 1200mm. 
• Longer product items like Copper Piping, Gutters, Fascia boards,  Timber, Sheeting, Composite Decking etc will require multiple pallets depending on the number of pallet floor spaces they occupy on the delivery truck.   
• Pallet deliveries for CORE Area 3 will require that the customer have a forklift & driver available to offload their goods.
• Please note that any pallets & packaging are part of your order and that we do not return to collect pallets of packaging.
• Our CoreBuild.ie minimum online order is €25 Including VAT
• Oversize goods such as  (Jumbo Tonne Bags of Soil & Aggregates)  can only be delivered to Areas 1 & 2 (Counties Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, * Meath)  This is because these products require a CORE delivery Truck with a Hiab Crane system to unload the goods.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY.

CORE Builders Providers Limited (“CORE Build”) will endeavour to have your product delivered within 2-6 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. We regret that at present we cannot deliver on bank holidays or weekends. We are unable to accept orders for delivery from outside the Republic of Ireland or to Islands.

While we will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside the 3-5 day time frame. We would strongly recommend that you do not arrange for tradesmen to carry out work on your behalf until your order has actually been delivered.

Failure by CORE to deliver your order within the agreed time period shall not amount to a breach of this contract by CORE and you shall not be entitled to damages or other compensation or to cancel this contract by reason of such failure.

CORE reserves the right to deliver in instalments. Each part delivery shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract, the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of which shall not affect any other part of the contract or the contract as a whole.

Where any order involves more than one delivery and default is made on payment on the due date (either under this contract or any other contract made between CORE and you) CORE shall have the right to suspend all further deliveries until payment is made or to terminate the contract without prejudice to any existing claim.

Title to the goods will only pass when delivery is acknowledged by a valid signature from a member of your household or company who is 18 years or over. 

All goods are physically checked by CORE staff prior to dispatch. CORE must be notified within 24 hours of any loss or damage to the orders received.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please note: If you are returning a faulty item within warranty with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it cannot be repaired, you may be offered a replacement, and if it cannot be replaced, you may be offered a refund. With the nature of any faults, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
