CORE Christmas Countdown - Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The CORE Christmas Countdown Draws are open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of CORE, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of CORE’s Christmas Countdown.
- Prize Draw Period: CORE Christmas Countdown begins on Sunday 15th December 2024 and ends at midday on Friday 20th December 2024 ("CORE Christmas Countdown Period").
- Entry Requirements: To enter CORE Christmas Countdown, follow CORE on Facebook or Instagram, Like the relevant post and share the relevant post.
- Winner Selection: A draw to select the days winner will be held at 4PM.
- Prize: The winner will receive a €100 CORE Voucher to be spent in-store only.
- Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by email on the day they have won, during CORE’s Christmas Countdown. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, CORE reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
- Public Announcement: Once the winner has claimed, they will be announced on CORE’s emailers and social platforms from 15th December 2024 to 20th December 2024.
- Data Privacy: By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that CORE may use their name and/or image for promotional purposes. Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- General Terms: CORE reserves the right to cancel or amend CORE’s Christmas Countdown Draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to CORE’s Christmas Countdown Draw will be notified to participants as soon as possible. CORE will not be liable for any errors or omissions in these terms and conditions or in any communications regarding the Prize Draw.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
