CORE Valentines Day Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The CORE Valentines Day Dinner Competition is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of CORE, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of CORE’s Valentines Day Dinner Competition.

2. Prize Draw Period: CORE Valentines Day Dinner Competition begins on Monday 10^th February 2025 and ends at midday on Wednesday 12^th February 2025 ("CORE Valentines Day Competition Period").

3. Entry Requirements: To enter CORE Valentines Day Competition, follow CORE on Instagram, Follow the Hyatt on Instagram, Like share and comment on the CORE Post to win.

4. Winner Selection: A draw to select the days winner will be held at 4PM.

5. Prize: Voucher entitles the bearer to Dinner for 2 (set 2 course menu) at the Hyatt Centric Dublin in
   the Liberty Gate Restaurant. *booking in advance required.
   

6. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by email on the day they have won, during CORE’s Valentines Day Competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 day of notification, CORE reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Public Announcement: Once the winner has claimed, they will be announced on CORE’s emailers and social platforms on 13^th February 2025.

8. Data Privacy: By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that CORE may use their name and/or image for promotional purposes. Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

10. General Terms: CORE reserves the right to cancel or amend Valentines Day Competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to CORE’s Valentines Day Competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible. CORE will not be liable for any errors or omissions in these terms and conditions or in any communications regarding the Prize Draw.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
